  1. What really matters in a home inspection.
    I stress to all of my clients not to sweat the little stuff. I let them know that every home is going to have its issues, but that most of these issues will be maintenance related. I know that home buyers can get a little freaked out by a home inspection. I always try to remind my clients about what really matters.

  1. I will be there to answer any questions.
    If you have any questions about a home, even if it is a home that I am not inspecting, I will try to answer any questions you may have. This is one way that I can build a relationship with agents. You need to feel comfortable with me before you can feel comfortable referring your clients to me.

  1. Free walkthroughs.
    If my schedule permits it, I will accompany you and your client for the final walkthrough of their new home for no charge, regardless if the home has been previously inspected. Why would I do this for free? Simple. I want to build a relationship with the agents I work with. A walkthrough can be a great way to get to know each other and for you to see me in action, so to speak.

  1. Hold harmless clause.
    Every one of my clients signs an inspection agreement which contains a “hold harmless” clause, removing any potential liability to you for referring my services. You shouldn’t have to worry about accidents that may occur which are completely out of your control.
