Each inspection I perform is covered by Mountain Inspection Support Association for 100 days from the date of the inspection. You pay nothing extra. The coverage is provided as part of every inspection.

•If it’s inspected, it’s covered.
Anything that is inspected and reported as being in satisfactory condition at the time of the inspection is covered should it fail within 100 days of the inspection. Restrictions apply. See coverage agreement for terms and conditions.

If something goes wrong and you need to make a claim, no one is going to tell you who needs to do the work. Inspection coverage from Mountain Association doesn’t work that way. They simply give you a check for the cost of the repair.

Mountain Inspection Support Association is a non-profit organization whose charter is to help educate inspectors and help them prepare for and limit complaints, and support them in the case where a complaint was unavoidable. This means that Mountain Association and your home inspector are working together for you, the homeowner, to provide peace of mind.
